Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)

Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
